  We rented “performance” skis from Can-Ski, which are priced only a few dollars below their top-tier demo skis. The service was slow but acceptable. The real problem was the equipment. The skis we received were severely damaged, with multiple issues along the edges. When we compared them with other renters’ skis during lunch on the mountain, ours looked dramatically worse than anyone else’s. For equipment that’s priced close to premium, this is unacceptable. I would avoid renting from this place.

  The best snowboard tune up ever! But the service repair shop closes at 5pm, just a heads up, because the store is open until 6pm

  Needed an emergency boot repair and Mitch came through with a custom repair. I was back on the mountain same day. Thanks Mitch!!

  Awesome experience with Can-Ski on Friday. My right boot had been bugging me all day on the hill, so I went into the shop and asked someone could look at the problem right then. John looked at my boot and foot right then and there, and offered to do some work on the boot after the job he was in the middle of. I went for a coffee and an hour later the boot was adjusted and I was on my way. The kicker: when I asked him how much he said no charge! Unbelievable service and skilled technicians. Highly recommended.

  Everyone in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, ED swapped out my gear no problem when I had issues, even gave my board a tune up, and I was unable to snowboard my final day due to lift closures, and Adam helped me get a refund for my unused day! Highly recommend.
