  I shop here yearly when I come to ski. Sandi has helped me almost every year and this year, a jacket I bought a few years ago had a broken zipper. She worked through multiple challenges but found a way to help me get it repaired by Bogner and when I received my jacket it was nearly perfect!(they couldn’t replace w the exact zipper but close enough!). She’s always gonna above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for or needed. I will continue to stop by and visit Sandi in the Bogner store in the Upper Village whenever I am in town. Thanks again Sandi!!!

  The Bogner store in Whistler is conveniently sItuated on the Blackcomb Gondola side of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Having bought two full suits for my daughter and myself in the past 18 months, l can certainly say a joyful fun store. l would especially like to thank Sandi for a fantastic customer experience on both occasions.

  1 star for the feel from extremely unwelcoming staff, instead of educating about the brand throws a phrase with disgust “How come you don’t know about this brand”. Turns out this is a first store in Canada, being initially German brand. Really, how come I don’t know??? 😅 Even though the clothing looks nice and high quality I will never come back there or buy anything after experiencing“high end” customer service.

  Great store. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Purchased 6 items over 2 days, including a fabulous cream coat with shearling underlay. Great product. While this is technically a Can Ski store, it carries Bogner almost exclusively (as well as Sorel), which is great. Lots of selection and no need to peruse, looking for comparable pieces, as everything is laid out in a convenient and coordinating fashion.
