  John is the “go to person”in this store no doubt! With his professionalism and great service, we had another day in paradise! He installed the binding for my new ski in 15 mins to let us go free ride in the morning and helped me to fit my boots quickly in the afternoon. So happy we can have him to help us! Way to go!

  Rented ski-equipment for my son for a short stay in Whistler (3 days). Met extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff at the shop in Creekside, renting, picking up and returning was quick and easy and the equipment was fine, too. Thank you guys for a very pleasant customer experience!

  Bought stockli montero AX from them last weekend. Everything went smoothly. They had 30% end-of-season discount, wonderful addition to a delightful customer service. Ski mounting done overrnight - could pick it up before start of skiing next morning.

  We rented “performance” skis from Can-Ski, which are priced only a few dollars below their top-tier demo skis. The service was slow but acceptable. The real problem was the equipment. The skis we received were severely damaged, with multiple issues along the edges. When we compared them with other renters’ skis during lunch on the mountain, ours looked dramatically worse than anyone else’s. For equipment that’s priced close to premium, this is unacceptable. I would avoid renting from this place.
