The worst customer service and the worst quality. And its way too expensive for such garbage quality

The store manager, Anshu, had very poor customer service.
The quality of their ASICS shoes was terrible, and they were not responsive or helpful at all.
We had about $30 in Nex points from our purchase, but they did not handle the situation properly.
I do not recommend this store at all.

Explain to me if I am wrong, I bought a pair of shoes today, the guy there told me I can take shoe laces for free. I said no twice, he told me take it its free. Then he put the receipt in the box. I came home, and saw that I was charged for that shoe laces. It's not about how much I had to pay. it's about why I was repeatedly asked to pick one for free when it was not? I saw that there was a discount which was posted on the counter second purchase $20 off. I could have buy something else with it.
The store needs to make sure that their employees are communicating perfectly about these to the customers.
Whoever the manager is for the store should look into this guy, I do not know if they make commission if customers buy two items or not. If they do, this guy is scamming customers.

Thank you so much, Anshu, for your friendly and helpful service yesterday. I was feeling so overwhelmed and very tired, and the other associates seemed busy. But you stopped to really take the time to answer my questions, find me some great options for comfortable runners that I didn't see prior, and I walked out of the store feeling very grateful.
Right up until I was up at the cash desk and was heading out of the store, you were very attentive and welcoming. I appreciate your patience, and I wanted you to know it made a huge difference to my day.
Thanks for making shoe shopping feel quicker and easier than it has for me prior.
