  TLDR: If you need to do an in-store order, double and then TRIPLE check that the employees enter your information correctly. I bought a shirt, and when I got home I noticed that it had a big hole in the armpit. I went back to exchange it, and they ordered me a new one that would ship to my house as they didn’t have it in stock. I will note that the employee really struggled to complete the order, and needed a lot of help from another employee. Just over an hour later, I went to check the estimated delivery date and noticed that the store had ordered the shirt in the wrong size. I went back again and they ended up telling me that because it was over an hour from when they placed the order (and even though it was because of their mistake), I have to wait for the wrong shirt to arrive and then come back in to exchange it a second time. It has been three weeks since and the shirt hasn’t arrived, so I just checked the tracking info and the website says ‘delivered’ (it hasn’t been delivered). I then noticed that the employees had incorrectly entered my shipping address (they didn’t put “avenue” in the address line), and it had went to a different city. I called the store and while the employee remedied the situation, it was a frustrating conversation because they kept using words like “allegedly” to describe what had happened. They also lacked communication skills when trying to clarify my name and address, and rudely told me “so you can’t blame the store again.” It felt immature and while their store was in the wrong, instead of apologizing for the mistakes the employee wanted to passive aggressively shift the blame onto me (??). Overall it was an incredibly frustrating experience and this shirt is not worth what I spent in gas money going back to the store so many times to correct the stores mistakes.

  I am giving one star just because of the brand otherwise this store and the staff were horrible! I always shopped at AE and this store was my first and can not say how rude and unprofessional their manager and their staff were. Will never shop there. Customer service not existent here.

  Around 10:25 sep 21. The store was empty but the staff was too busy gossiping at the till to help at the fitting room. I just decided to leave what I wanted to try on at the counter so he didn't have to leave his conversation and went to a different location.

  You are left to yourself in the fitting room. No one willing to check in and grab you other sizes. They had zero interest in helping. The fitting rooms were dirty, only saving grace was the cashier was super nice so you get two stars for her

  The sales associate are very attentive to helping pick clothes that are comfortable and beautiful, if like me you need a little guidance...great to know shopping doesn't have to be an anxious time in this store! Thank you for the amazing service!
