  Not satisfied as my First-time in Park Royal location.. I Bought 6 under-wears because they were on sale for $40. The lady on the checkout didn’t even let me know 2 out of them were from non-sale section. Paid $61 and found out 3 days later when I saw the receipt on my email. Since I bought other stuff too I didn’t suspect the price being high. As someone who shops every weekend, I believe the small details matter a lot from a customer’s perspective, and this was honestly a very disappointing experience as I had travelled an hour just to see this location. But the staffs accommodating me on fitting room was very attentive and helpful. :)

  Staff are always so nice working there :) very helpful! I work as a retail store manager and I’m always so impressed by the staff there.

  Thank you so much to Cathy at the Park Royal location. I came in with an Oh Snap! sweater that badly faded after a wash, and not only did she allow me to exchange it for something else, she took the time to go through the selection they had in store for my size. She was patient, kind, and attentive. Thank you so much! I'll be a returning customer :-)

  Wanted to hop on and give some major credit to s staff member at this location! I had some of the best customer service I've had in quite some time. I was helped by a lady by the name of Rachel. I cannot remember the last initial (I want to say R), but she was not the manager Rachel... She was a regular staff:) This young lady helped me thoroughly from start to finish with some confusion I was having with an online order. I had done 3 orders, 2 on my account, one as a guest etc... I basically made a mess. She was so patient with me and soooo knowledgeable. I feel like i rarely get this level of service. I manage a business myself for over 10+ years and i would be honored to have a staff member like this at my business. Thank you for all you time and help!

  Generally love the store but the other day I was shopping and saw them fully search an employee before they left (checked bag and jacket and even made them open their water bottle to look inside). I understand security policies as I work in retail myself but have never seen this extreme of measures before. It makes me not want to shop if they don’t even trust their employees as much as they trust their customers. I understand it’s none of my business but it’s distasteful and disrespectful to their employees and their dignity and I don’t want to support that behaviour.
