  The lady I spoke with over the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Telling me that scratched lenses are not fixable is just not accurate lol. Stating I would have to pay more for the lenses then if I bought a brand new pair of The exact sunglasses makes no sense to me. Try LensCrafters instead.

  Atrocious service. This company has had my money since Nov. 23rd. I received my order a week after Xmas and when I attempted to return the order at the store, I was told I can not, even though sun glass hut customer service told me I could. Now I have to go print off a return label and ship it back as they hold my money for another 10 business days. All while having a broken ankle. Avoid this place, they are terrible with their service overall. They took and held my money for 51 days. I was called by Linda before I even had my money back and offered a 20% discount on a purchase. Decent gesture but not worth the time it took to get a hold of customer service, wait for emails, go to the mall to get denied and then having to go print off a label and go to the post office. Then wait for a refund. Do better with customer service.
