  I had a great experience picking out a new pair of sunglasses here. One of the staff members (I think his name was Yubin) was super friendly and knew his stuff. I mentioned I was after a specific style with polarized lenses, and he quickly showed me a few solid options that fit exactly what I had in mind. I ended up going with a pair of Oakleys and I’m super happy with them. Overall really smooth and professional service.

  I really appreciated the professional assistance I received to purchase a new pair of sunglasses. A very polite and knoweldgeable young lady was right there to help me when I came in. I told her I was looking for polarized sunglasses with dark lenses and explained the shape and price range. She really knew the product lines and helped me pick out a number of options that met my criteria. I ended up with what I came, very happy. I had an excellent customer experience, thank you.

  Worse line of sunglasses and worse customer sevice ever. These guys barely have any mens collection at this time of the year and the girl who was there just looks so disinterested in her job like I wasn’t being looked after. Am not sure if she thinks that i cannot buy something or judging me coz i was wearing an Armani sunglass which i bought in the location above at the Hudson Bay last year where they have equally a bad customer service with the guy who works there and just not enthusiastic enought and almost like they don’t wanna be there. And men’s collection is almost non existant. You would think at this time of the year they’ll have a lot more stacked on the shelf but unfortunately not for men. It’s a shame i was genuinely looking for another sunglass.
