  Atrocious service. This company has had my money since Nov. 23rd. I received my order a week after Xmas and when I attempted to return the order at the store, I was told I can not, even though sun glass hut customer service told me I could. Now I have to go print off a return label and ship it back as they hold my money for another 10 business days. All while having a broken ankle. Avoid this place, they are terrible with their service overall. They took and held my money for 51 days. I was called by Linda before I even had my money back and offered a 20% discount on a purchase. Decent gesture but not worth the time it took to get a hold of customer service, wait for emails, go to the mall to get denied and then having to go print off a label and go to the post office. Then wait for a refund. Do better with customer service.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable assistant. Made sure I knew about all the possible offers but didn't "push" me toward any of them. Very much appreciated. I've already told several friends and recommended the store.

  After a frazzling day of Christmas shopping I popped into Sunglass Hut to have a peak at sunglasses and was greeted by a very friendly gal who helped me find a wonderful pair and convinced me I should treat myself. I believe her name was Linda, she was very kind and patient with me as I was quite stressed out! Thanks for being a little beacon of calm in my crazy day!
