We had chosen a pair of Prada sunglasses, but by mistake, the wrong size was billed. The pair we actually wanted was not available, and instead, we were offered the display piece. When I said I did not want the display one, I was told nothing could be done since the payment had already gone through. There was no apology or effort to make the situation better, which was very frustrating. I hope the store can work on improving communication and customer service in the future. For a premium brand, I expected professional service, but this was extremely disappointing.
