It was a beautiful storefront and Adam was both generous with his time and engaging with his knowledge. In particular, I appreciated his enthusiasm towards the luxury watches, and I enjoyed trying on various models and our conversations about them. As this was to be a higher-end purchase, I didn't rush the process, and at no point did I feel pressured in my decision or timeline. Everything came together with two beautiful pieces for my wife and I to celebrate this next chapter of our lives. I am very grateful to Adam at Lugaro for his guidance along the way and I can guarantee that I will be back for future purchases.

When I arrived in store, that same level of professionalism and attention carried through. Marina was thoughtful, well prepared, and clearly very experienced. It’s rare to come across someone who combines deep expertise with such a calm, welcoming approach. This was a great experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lugaro Jewellers, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Marina.

The team at Lugaro are so kind, knowledgeable and professional! This past year I've had the pleasure of working with Marina, who always helps me pick out the best pieces of jewelry for my girlfriend on our special occasions and I'm happy that she ends up loving them as much as I did seeing them in store. Earlier this year I also inquired about purchasing my first Rolex to celebrate a couple life milestones (40th birthday as well as 15 years of service at my place of employment.) I understand it had a lot to do with timing and patience and I was happy to do so with Lugaro as they are the only place I want to give my business to. Fast forward to December and Marina was able to allocate one of my top 3 favorite pieces from the Rolex catalog and I couldn't be happier with my GMT Master II Rootbeer! She truly made my 40th birthday one that I will never forget, and I am thankful for that!
