LL bean has some nice quality items and we ended up buying a shirt. 2 days later we were in and Danica actually remembered us and we got the same great and friendly service. We appreciated the great service and her personality really suits the job.
- JEJawnee EllisJun 26, 20251.0They REFUSED to give me my refund, LL Bean would not give me my refund for a MONTH, the customer service people and the Supervisor lied to me saying that PayPal rejected the refund. Which I’ve been talking with PayPal through out this whole mess and they said no LL Bean refused to send it. I talked with the yesterday and they said they are MAILING ME A CHECK?! Why can’t it be returned into my account, you already took a restocking fee out of my refund and I have no guarantee you actually sent it. After being lied to for a month and having them steal money from me I would give them zero stars if I could. TERRIBLE COMPANY, THEY ARE ALL THIEVES.
