  Great quality products and super helpful staff, particularly Sarah. They often have sales and so that's a great time to buy. Top quality and stylish designs

  To be honest, I found the manager to be very unpleasant as he was accusing me of trying to return a pair of pants I boughtthe week before, stating "I cant resell these! The knees are worn out!" Well thats one heck or a surprise to me since i litterally wore them for 5 minutes inside. The staff seemed to also have an aversion to the general environment and the manager. L.L bean has decent quality but is still far overpriced and not transparent with their products. 10/10 will not be visiting again, I don't need that kind of aggression in my life.

  Store was well stocked and nicely put together, but the staff made shopping unpleasant. They were technically helpful and answered questions I had, but they made it obvious that I was wasting their time. I took both a large and a medium sweater to try on and was told to only take the ones I intend to buy. I like LL Bean, but the staff at this location made the experience pretty bad.

  I have to revise my review. Selection never seems to be updated. I understand the challenges in retail right now but nothing new for weeks? No incentive to pop in.The CS is just so indifferent to put it nicely. No one says hi, no asks if you need help, no one at the change rooms. I like browsing on my own but no service at all? I really want to support LLBean and would be sad if it closed but honestly more effort in all areas is needed.
