  The Store Manager, Ayden (apologies if I misspelled the name), was excellent—friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and attentive to everyone in the store. I spent nearly 30 minutes browsing and trying on sunglasses, and throughout that time I noticed how consistently Ayden made himself available to help. His approach to customer service was truly appreciated: warm, authentic, and never pushy. Although I didn’t make a purchase (I already own more than 75 pairs!), he remained just as courteous and engaged. In fact, that moment built real trust. I will definitely return—I trust his guidance and would be happy to have him as my point of contact for future purchases.

  The staff at this store and the store manager were so helpful and patient in helping me find a suitable pair of sunglasses. I had such a good experience at the store! Customer service - 10/10. Highly recommend this store to pick out your next summer sunglasses

  After searching online for a specific model of RayBans, I took a chance and called a local Sunglass Hut store. A very helpful associate checked and said she had 2 pairs in stock. I said I'd come in that afternoon and she offered to hold them for me. When I went to the store later, the associate greeted me by name and was very helpful completing the transaction. Great service!
