  I walked in to Rolex with my husband and little one and was greeted by Ling. She immediately offered an additional seat after seeing my toddler take one of the chairs. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to try on different sizes of the Oyster Perpetual and she brought out different sizes for me to try on. She explained the functionality of the watch in great detail and was able to answer all of my questions. She was very patient with me and my little one even though he was being fussy. I would highly recommend Ling. Thank you for your helpful service today, Ling.

  I had a great experience at the Rolex boutique thanks to Andrew. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through several different timepieces without making the process feel rushed. He explained the details, history, and differences between the models in a way that was easy to understand and really enhanced the overall experience.   I had an outstanding experience during my visit to the Rolex store. Andrew, my salesperson, provided exceptional service throughout the appointment. He was attentive and accommodating, ensuring I had the opportunity to try on a variety of Rolex exhibition only models. Andrew presented me with several configurations across different models, including the GMT, Sky-Dweller, Submariner, and Explorer. His knowledge made it easy to explore the differences between these timepieces and to compare their features. During our session, Andrew and I created list of preferred timepieces. I found Andrew to be very approachable, making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a Rolex timepiece speak to Andrew

  Stumbled upon this location by chance when we checked in to the Hyatt Alberni — I had no idea there was a Rolex AD here. They're currently in the midst of renovations with a temporary location about a block up the street, so be sure to call ahead and make an appointment before visiting. Ling made the experience genuinely enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and completely unfazed by the fact that we had two kids in tow. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and carefully noted the references I was hoping to acquire down the line — no pressure, just attentive service. What really stood out: she followed up by text just a few weeks later. That kind of personal attention is rare and says a lot about how seriously she takes her clients. I'm already looking forward to going back and making my first purchase. Highly recommend asking for Ling.
