  I visited the store last Saturday to buy my sunglasses, and I had such an amazing experience. I was quite indecisive and spent a (super) long time trying to figure out what to get, but the staff, Fabio, Bruno, and Connie, were all incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I must have tried on almost every pair in the store, kept asking for their opinions, and even changed my mind after making a purchase. Despite all of that, they remained cheerful, friendly, and even brought humor into the experience, which made it so enjoyable. All three of them are absolute gems. I couldn’t have asked for better service. It was such a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back the next time I need sunglasses. Thank you all for this amazing experience!

  I got the Meta glasses and it’s such an amazing experience. We came in the store last week and Bruno was super helpful and everyone was so nice at the store with great customer service. Bruno explained and answered all my questions and it was a good info day. Then today we came back in and immediately Bruno saw me and greeted me and he still remembers me! He handed me the exact one I said I wanted and asked me if I found out whether the glasses works with the music app I’m using. The check out and the set up process was amazing too. He again helped me with anything I’m unfamiliar with. (Honestly he was like my meta ai there lol) Showed and guided me with everything I needed to set up. And along that they constantly recommended and handed my boyfriend with sunglasses that he looks cool in, and the Ferrari ones especially cuz he was wearing a Ferrari jacket. Then my boyfriend checking out the Asap Rocky collection and we were deciding between two options and the staff there all kept giving good opinions and compliments. The customer service is amazing here and we just overall had an amazing-fun experience today. Thanks guys!

  I needed help with my meta glasses which I was informed the store did not deal with returns. But Jocelyn offered her help with an online warranty request. She took me through the steps and helped me complete the form, including downloading photos. It was a lengthy procedure and I couldn't have done it without her help. A star employee

  I saw the reviews and I thought twice to go there but thank God I did , they were amazing . Fabio was amazing , explained everything, helped me to get a better price and added my prescription, I just have good things to say about them . Thank you guys

  Very poor experience at the Ray-Ban showroom in Pacific Vancouver. At the time of purchase, the staff clearly told me there is a 45-day return policy. Based on that information, I came back after 30 days to return the product, but they completely denied the return. This is misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, the Meta glasses they sold me were already scratched when I received them. Selling damaged products and then refusing a return within the promised time frame is unacceptable, especially from a premium brand like Ray-Ban. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed with their customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Not even one star service
