  My experience with Tyson at Palladio Jeweller has been nothing short of exceptional. He understood this wasn’t just a watch purchase, it was a milestone. What really sets Tyson apart is how genuinely he cares. When he learned we were waiting for the business deal to finalize, he didn’t rush or pressure us at all. Instead, he was excited to be part of the celebration and waited patiently until everything came together. That kind of personal investment in a customer’s story is rare. Tyson’s knowledge of Rolex is impressive, and his easygoing personality makes the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. I trusted him so much with the Submariner purchase that I’m already working with him on an Explorer I as my next piece.   Once in a while one comes across an exceptional business. That’s what I found when I visited Palladio Jewellers to purchase a watch. This was only my second visit so I had no history with them. Customer service is elusive these days but I found a stunning exception at Palladio. I had arranged things by phone when they let me know that what I was interested in was in stock. I made the trip from Van Island and arrived promptly as they opened. I was assisted by Tyson Roset, the general manager, who made me feel like an old friend. Tyson went over the features of the watch, confirming that it would perfectly suit my needs. Ian then fitted the watch for me making it fit perfectly. Tyson tempted me with another watch that I had been coveting and also showed me a brand with which I was unfamiliar (so I bought them too). Professional service, expertise, product knowledge and low pressure combined to make this one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences of my life. The store is beautiful, well appointed and uncluttered. Another staff member, Robert, also helped me during my first visit. A recent addition to the staff, he has decades of watch experience. I look forward to visiting Palladio Jewellers again when my bank account recovers!

  Went there yesterday and had a chat with Ian. He mentioned that everything in their Rolex department was exhibition only. Then he mentioned that they are loosing their Rolex AD status around June and they would prefer to sell everything to their existing clients rather than new ones. Guess what he instantly mentioned if i buy some of their overpriced expensive jewelry he can talk to his manager and make the exhibition only Submariner available for purchase. Proper Scummy behaviour form the salesperson. I walked over to the Rolex boutique 2 streets down and got what i wanted. At least I understand now why their AD status is being taken away.
