This report highlights that the brand has no public policy on avoiding practices like live lamb cutting (a painful procedure many lambs endure for wool), and no clear commitment to certified cruelty‑free wool. As someone who cares about ethical, compassionate fashion, I’m disappointed and will be reconsidering future purchases unless there’s meaningful change. I hope Michael Kors will adopt transparent, cruelty‑free sourcing policies so conscious customers can continue to support the brand.

  Suki was very helpful, she has amazing customer service! When I went to the store to browse the bags she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and she was very kind and polite.
