  When I made my purchase the other day, there was an issue with processing my card, so I asked for assistance to confirm the transaction. Even though my English is limited as I am an ESL speaker, the staff member was incredibly kind and patient, listening carefully and even offering to help me contact my bank. After having a baby, I was looking for comfortable clothes that I could wear every day and that are also suitable for breastfeeding. The items I purchased have truly made my daily life more comfortable—I wear them all the time and absolutely love them. Not only is the quality excellent, but I was also deeply impressed by the kindness and care shown by the staff. Their customer service really touched me, and it made me want to become someone who can treat others with the same level of warmth and compassion. ARIGATO!!!

  I honestly feel like Lululemon is becoming more and more like Gap in terms of style. The fabric quality and finishing details are not what they used to be — they feel much rougher and less premium. Some of the newer designs are also surprisingly unattractive and don’t justify the high price at all. With prices continuing to go up, it really doesn’t feel worth the money anymore. Very disappointing for a brand that used to stand for quality and style.

  I finally checked out the lululemon flagship on Robson, and honestly, it’s a whole different level. The store is massive and the aesthetic is pure West Coast. I was worried it would be too crowded, but the 'Educators' were super on it—someone helped me find the right compression in the Wunder Trains within two minutes. Plus, they hemmed my leggings for free and had them ready for pickup way faster than I expected. If you're in Vancouver, this is the one to visit for the best selection. Thanks Lululemon!

  Prices higher than ever and quality is worse than ever! Will be going anywhere else next time. You must have to be “invited” to review items because I can’t find a way to write one on the website. HOWEVER when I filter for lowest ratings, so many people experiencing the exact same issues as me- uncomfortable, riding up, material is no good. This is not it, and I’m sorry I gave them another chance, the good quality days are gone.
