  I’ve been to this location twice once with my mom and I had a great experience smelling the fragrances. But the next time I came with my friends and they didn’t even let me in because apparently it’s women only????

  Been a while since I walked in to LV store in Holt Renfrew. Always has a specific bag and design in mind. I was approached by a very pleasant KASH sales associate. Pleasant, professional and patience and most importantly she was hospitable and understands exactly what I wanted and did not pushed beyond. I feel she was listening. Always a pleasant visit with Kash.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Louis Vuitton store. I went in intending to purchase a perfume, but from the moment I entered, I felt completely ignored. There was no greeting or acknowledgment from any of the staff. Several sales associates were present, but instead of assisting customers, they were on their phones or focused on their computers. No one approached me to offer help, ask if I needed assistance, or provide any information about the fragrances. For a luxury brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The lack of basic attentiveness and professionalism made the experience frustrating and unwelcoming. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.

  Chloe was very helpful to pick my gifts. She explained the return policy clearly and pointed out new arrivals without being aggressive on selling me just anything. A nice experience.
