Was the first IWC store I’ve visited and would say the customer service was exceptional compared to any of the other watch brands that I checked out. My fiancé and I were greeted by Wei immediately and he was very informative. He was not judgmental and seemed to have a genuine interest in watchmaking. He was a huge factor in us revisiting the store again and purchasing a Chronograph Portifino.

This was my first IWC watch, and Wei took the time to walk me through how the straps work and all of the watch functions step by step. I never felt rushed and was encouraged to try different watch sizes until I found the one that felt right. The experience was relaxed and thoughtful, from being welcomed into the lounge with water and chocolates to Wei walking me through the warranty process and pre-registering the watch for me. Hands down the best watch-purchasing experience I’ve had. I highly recommend Wei at IWC.
