  I sent in my ski jacket for warranty repair in November and have still not received it back after nearly five months. During that time, I received little to no communication about where my jacket was or what the actual repair status was. What made the experience even more frustrating was that when I visited the store several times in person, staff could not even locate my repair record properly. I was repeatedly given vague explanations such as it was “still on the way” or delayed بسبب snow, but no one could provide a clear answer. I was originally told the repair would take around 2–3 weeks. Now the ski season is almost over, and I still do not have my jacket back. The lack of follow-up, poor record handling, and unclear communication made this a very disappointing warranty experience. I expected much better service and accountability.

  Whoever posted the hours needs a stern talking to. Drove halfway across town just to find it closed at 19:00 when it said open til 20:00 on Thursday . On Sunday it’s 11:00-1800, all other days 10:00-19:00. Google keeps rejecting my edits so here’s a photo for proof. FIX IT

  Incompetent employee told me there is an item available and they would hold it for me and I came all the way out from North Vancouver to the store for them to tell me there is nothing. Pretty disappointed as I was trying to complete my raingear set as my pants wore out. They even told me they were holding it in my name

  I didn't end up buying anything, but was there trying to find a winter jacket after looking at some options online. The store is really clean and they have great customer service. I was helped by a guy with salt and pepper hair who directed me to a few options after telling him what I was looking for. He was helpful and seemed to know the products. The other staff there seem pretty chill but at the same time attentive and happy to help. I would totally recommend this location.
