Arrived at the store at 11:05am and doors were still locked (they open at 11:00) while the staff inside were doing nothing productive and just chatting. The $850 CAD belt I bought had the triangular Prada symbol fall off of it after wearing the belt only a handful of times (Prada symbol was just glued on). Asian saleswoman with long straight hair said that there was nothing she/they could do since I didn't buy the belt from their store and didn't offer any sort of help at all. Save your time and money and shop at Holt Renfrew instead when in Vancouver!
