I came around 5 PM on a Saturday and had to wait in a long line — it honestly felt like walking through a busy market because there were so many people. It was extremely crowded and hectic It’s best to make an appointment in advance if you plan to come on a weekend.

- CWC WongSep 30, 20251.0Here are two 10 mop motifs yellow gold, taken a week a part. The one in Hawaii, the gold is more yellow and shiny and the pearls look shiny. The one in Vancouver, Canada the gold is not as yellow and not shiny. The mops are not as white and not as shiny. I think they give bad shipment to Canada and all the good stuff to Americans.

Every time I come to the store I am greeted immediately, seated with a drink offer, and receive dedicated service from a sales associate. Lucas helped me purchase the frivole necklace, then also later helped me have it customized and the chain lengthened, which was complimentary. He even included an extra box of delicious chocolates for my partner. Everyone in the store is always kind and welcoming. Some of the best customer service I’ve received!
