I purchased a Christmas gift because the website literally promised it would arrive on Wednesday, December 23rd—perfect timing for Christmas. The package never arrived, and Christmas passed three days ago. But the worst part is that when trying to contact someone to resolve the issue, no one responds—only stupid automated messages. This is not luxury. This is not how a luxury brand behaves. Even Walmart has better logistics and customer service than Tiffany. A total disappointment.
