- ADAndré Harold Dancs1 day ago5.0Got some sexy new silver teardrop cufflinks recently here and I just love them, I also bought a nice belt buckle and every once in a while if I want to bring a smile to my face, I just polish them up. Nice building, good service, and when I was testing a money clip at the store I accidentally bent it, and gave it back to the lady and then told her I was sorry and she didn’t even seem to care.

It has broken 3x within 3 years - and this is not acceptable “wear and tear”. Not to mention the terrible service at the store. LVMH has ruined this brand. We won’t likely be buying Tiffany again. There are other brands we can get better quality and service from.

I purchased a Christmas gift because the website literally promised it would arrive on Wednesday, December 23rd—perfect timing for Christmas. The package never arrived, and Christmas passed three days ago. But the worst part is that when trying to contact someone to resolve the issue, no one responds—only stupid automated messages. This is not luxury. This is not how a luxury brand behaves. Even Walmart has better logistics and customer service than Tiffany. A total disappointment.
