I shopped at Pacific Centre twice, first I bought a pair of Miu Miu for myself, and later I came back to get Prada for my boyfriend as a surprise for our Mexico trip. I was a little worried about the fit, but she took her time explaining the exchange and return policy so clearly and made me feel totally confident about my purchase. My boyfriend loved the glasses, but they ended up being a little loose and I was super busy and didn’t have time to get them fixed. We went back the next day right before closing and luckily she was there she even recognized me and helped us get them adjusted perfectly. She stayed a little extra just to make sure everything was right, which I really appreciated.Super kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her customers. I highly recommend going to her if you’re shopping there.🤩

There was a small issue with the bridge of the glasses that needed a repair. Initially I had approached the actual Ray Ban store also located in Pacific Centre and they had advised me I would need to go through reporting it online then a few other protocols before they could even help. A gentleman named Santiago at the Sunglass Hut didn't even hesitate for a second and took my glasses where he replaced the defective part from another set of glasses in store. Professional throughout and above and beyond service! Definitely will be going back!
