  Had a great experience at Sunglass Hut in CF Pacific Centre. Tavleen was friendly and patient, and helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. She also recommended the care kit and explained how to properly clean and maintain the lenses so they stay scratch-free and last longer. I really appreciated her attention to detail and helpful advice. Excellent customer service — highly recommend asking for her! 😎

  I came in the other day and I spent almost 2 hours trying to find the perfect sunglasses. Everyone was super helpful, patient and they let me try everything I wanted. Once I finally made a decision, the girl that was helping me I can’t remember her name, but she was brown brought me to the register when I paid and after that, I noticed she was somehow cleaning both sunglasses that I wanted so I asked hey are you not going to give me a brand new ones like why are you cleaning these? Am I getting these instead and she said yes I am giving you these because these are the last pair left. I was very disappointed when I heard this after I spent so much time in the store and after I had already paid almost $900 for both pairs not until that point she told me that they were out of stock and I will have to buy the samples which I wasn’t comfortable with because they looked used. I wish she would’ve told me this before I paid because it just made it worse after this I asked her if we could order them online which she also did not even offer. I had to bring it up and she said oh yes, we can do it but when she went to check online, the sunglasses were both out of stock. after this, the conversation became super cold and she did not seem longer interested on helping me. I’m very disappointed on how I was treated at the end. I was treated unfairly and I was just trying to get the right thing for me. I’m sorry, but I’m not going to take used sunglasses for regular prize. I just didn’t appreciate how she handled the situation and how she treated me at the end where she completely switched and did a 360 and went from super warm to super cold for something that it wasn’t even my fault that I didn’t want to take the samples in store. Who knows how who has touched those sunglasses before I’m sorry but I’m not buying the display Ones.
