I decided to go online to find what I wanted. I rather shop in store though so I came back today to buy the glasses I selected. I went this morning at 10:00 am in the morning and the store was closed, but the rest of the mall was open. I waited for 20 minutes but no one was there. I am very disappointed in this store, I will rather buy sunglasses online now.

Shockingly, the package was sealed with regular tape, and when opened, the sunglasses box was completely empty. Staff casually admitted the package had arrived damaged and they just taped it without even checking the contents. What’s worse is the lack of responsibility. I was passed around between associates, assistant managers, and customer service — all giving me conflicting information. One day I was told they’d reorder the item, the next day I was told I had to wait up to 21 days for a refund or replacement. This level of service is beyond disappointing for a brand of this caliber. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I’d strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
