  I recently bought Gucci glasses from Sunglass Hut, and Satveer was amazing. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me choose the perfect pair. Her customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Satveer if you’re shopping for sunglasses there.

  I had an exceptional experience at this Sunglass Hut location, especially thanks to the store manager, Ayden. With Christmas and Boxing Day shopping being incredibly hectic and tight deadlines on top of that, I was in a stressful situation trying to secure a gift for someone leaving the country to bring overseas. The item I needed wasn’t going to arrive in time, but Ayden went completely above and beyond. He made multiple calls, tracked down the exact item at another location, arranged the transfer, and reassured me every step of the way that it would be waiting for me to pick up in store. At one point, when we were unable to get through to the other store because the phone line was busy for an extended period, he even went as far as contacting mall security to check on the store and let them know he was urgently trying to reach them regarding the transfer so there would be no issues when I arrived. His follow through and care made a huge difference during a very frantic time. As someone who works in the customer service industry myself, I truly appreciated the effort, professionalism, and genuine care he showed. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Well done to Ayden for leading the store customer service by example!

  I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut. The staff was friendly, helpful, and helped me choose sunglasses that suited me well. Satveer makes me the good choice to buy glasses.

  The manager at the Robson Street location went above and beyond to help me exchange my Ray-Ban sunglasses. He made sure I got exactly the pair I wanted, even going to another store to pick them up for me! Outstanding customer service and a great experience overall.

  I had the sweetest experience at Sunglass Hut today! Satveer was incredibly knowledgeable and so patient with me. She showed me so many options and helped me find the perfect pair without ever rushing me. You can really tell she loves what she does. If you’re shopping for sunglasses, definitely go see Satveer… she’ll take such good care of you!
