  I bought a bag from here back in 2022. You’d think these bags are sturdy and honestly, they are far from that. I recently had an unfortunate travel experience in asia recently wherein Air Busan told me as i was about to check in my luggage that one of the bottom wheel is loose. Not sure how i ended up with a loose bottom front wheel. Anyways, They were nice enough to put tape on that spot to still hold the wheel. I told Rimowa about this right away through an email and was told i have to mail it since i live in Victoria. I decided to bring it to the vancouver Rimowa store instead only to be told that it looks like it is beyond repair. You’d think they would somehow consider changing or repairing it since it has warranty and tbh, that wasnt the case. I was told i have to go through the airline or probably my credit card. Way to go to fool people to believe that warranty covers everything when in fact it only covers certain damages. Wish you guys would be more considerate towards your customers.

  They do not answer the phone at all! May be they assume that phone orders does not exist

  Andy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was warm, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit to the Rimowa in alberni, I really appreciated his time and assistance excellent service all around. Highly recommend asking for Andy Z when you visit.

  I've been a loyal Rimowa customer for decades.. with a long history and substantial investment at the Alberni location alone- but this recent experience was incredibly disappointing. My repaired luggage was sent to an old address even though the new one was confirmed twice and updated in their system. I even spoke with staff who apologized and said it was fixed - yet it still went to the wrong place the next day. We had to drive to another city ourselves to retrieve it from a building that thankfully released it to us. No remorse and no apology from the store after this. This kind of disorganization and carelessness shouldn’t happen at a luxury brand like Rimowa. The level of service has seriously dropped under new management, and it’s frustrating to see loyal customers treated this way. Save yourself the hassle and shop Rimowa at Holts or anywhere else but here.
