  Very poor experience at the Ray-Ban showroom in Pacific Vancouver. At the time of purchase, the staff clearly told me there is a 45-day return policy. Based on that information, I came back after 30 days to return the product, but they completely denied the return. This is misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, the Meta glasses they sold me were already scratched when I received them. Selling damaged products and then refusing a return within the promised time frame is unacceptable, especially from a premium brand like Ray-Ban. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed with their customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Not even one star service

  If I could give a 0, I would. Ray-Ban has by far one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Particularly online, and this shop.. but as a business, they are absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

  5 stars, all because of Truc Chi! What an outstanding, brilliant representative for this business to have! I was assisted first by a very nice young man when I went into the store and then struck up a conversation with Chi. This woman has knowledge of so many things and can tell you exactly why or why not the glasses you're trying on work for your face shape and bone structure. Exactly what I wanted to know! Exactly why I decided to purchase glasses from her. What an impressive young woman! Thank you, Chi. I'll be back to see you the next time I'm in town.

  I bought prescription sunglasses, and they sold me the average-size frame. After receiving the sunglasses, I realized the frame was too small for my face. I went to the store on November 23rd to request a change. I was fortunate that day because the store manager, Chi Xuan, was there to assist me—otherwise, I don’t think the other employees would have helped. They kept saying it couldn’t be changed. You know how it is—when the manager is there, you don’t have to worry. She understands how to take care of her customers. Chi Xuan was extremely helpful, kind, and sweet. She changed the frame to the appropriate size and even offered to engrave my name on the glasses, which was amazing. She didn’t charge me a single penny for the change. She is the best! Thank you!
