I was picking up an online order and wasn’t greeted or anything when I let them know I was picking up an online order the sales rep seemed put off. She handed me the item and it felt like that’s how she expected me to take the item which caught me off guard and she fairly rudely said… I’m just showing it to you which wasn’t obvious. When she put it in a bag and said okay. As though I was being dismissed. Very unfriendly and a very unfortunate way to treat someone in a store.

I hope RL values him as he is truly a gem. Would definitely recommend shopping here in the future over the online experience as you are in much better hands every step of the way.
