The sales associate looked positively annoyed that my wife and I were even in the store daring to ask about it. After he tried to brush us off several times I asked if there was a waitlist, and after rolling his eyes he pulled a sheet of paper out of what appeared to be a recycle bin and told me to write my contact info on it. I wish I was making this up. Why I even bothered to write my name on it I don't know, because I'm sure when I left it was promptly thrown in the trash. If I'd asked for a precious metal model no doubt he would have been all smiles. Needless to say, we won't be bothering with this store in the future.
