I truly cannot express just how extraordinary Tyson made our experience. Last year, my husband purchased the most beautiful pearl stud earrings for me and our daughters—an incredibly meaningful tribute to one of our beloved family members. During that visit, he also inquired about the possibility of a Rolex watch for my 50th birthday. Unbeknownst to both of us, Tyson went above and beyond and later invited us to purchase the most stunning and truly special watch. From start to finish, he took exceptional care of us, guiding us through every step with thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. He transformed what could have been a simple purchase into an unforgettable experience—one I will cherish forever. If you are seeking a truly elevated luxury experience, Tyson is the person to see. Thank you, Tyson—you are truly a gem.!

I had an outstanding experience working with Tyson. From start to finish he was professional, transparent, and genuinely cared about making the experience special. He communicated clearly, followed through on everything he said he would, and made what can often be a stressful process feel exciting. Picking up my watch was a great experience and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend asking for Tyson if you’re looking for top-tier service. I can’t wait to do more business in the future!!

Tyson’s actions were disgusting. When my husband and I went to Palladio Jewelry Store to buy a Rolex, we were told that only display pieces were available and that purchasing a Rolex required buying their jewelry too. It’s unbelievable that this kind of blatant bundling is allowed in Canada. What was most strange was that we later went to the Palladio jewelry store and were assisted by a different sales associate, yet he seemed unsure whether he could sell a Rolex, even though I was only looking for a simple Datejust. It was truly a bizarre。 In the end, we went to the GWC boutique. The sales associate there was very professional and enthusiastic, and most importantly, he was very confident that he could help me get the watch I wanted!

Dorison was fantastic. She helped us purchase both our engagement ring and wedding rings, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, and we felt well taken care of throughout the process. We highly recommend Dorison!

I want to share a recent very poor experience with Palladio Jewellers in Vancouver. Firstly I live in Abbotsford and its about an hour and a half to get into the store if the traffic is moderate to light. I left the house start 11am and got home around 6:34 based on my GPS. I was contacted by Tyson at the store with good news that they had 7 Rolex Land Dwellers come into the store. I was offered one and I made the appointment to come in and see and purchase the watch. I came in and was excited and even told a few friends that I was going to come in to Palladio Jewelers to finally get a LD. When we looked at the two versions, 36 and 40, I was happy to get the 40 and then Tyson started to explain that these should go to friends of the store that are interested in buying other items for the holidays or perhaps an anniversary etc. I suddenly became aware of what Tyson was saying and it caught me very much off guard. He recommended that I look at a yellow diamond but I had no idea of what it was. I said that I would look at the diamond which was nice but firstly, I didn't come in for anything else, secondly, it was a loose stone and $100,000. I called my wife, she was not interested in the diamond which was fine. I then started to feel duped, misled and obvious pressure due to the strangeness of it all. I confessed to Tyson that I really didn't come into the store with anything else in mind because I truly didn't. Tyson did not mention any of this "requirement" at all when I was invited to come and purchase the LD. After I said that I wasn't thinking of purchasing anything else and was not prepared with anything even on my mind, Tyson said that was fine and put the watch away and let me know that they would be happy to serve me at another time in the future. I left the store at 4:30, got home and made the trip into Vancouver for nothing, lost the day, had to tell my friends who wanted me to send a picture of the new watch that I didn't have it and returned home empty handed feeling miserable. I thought about it afterwards that I already spent a $125,000 May 30th on the two watches this year with Palladio and that's not small money. I was not required to buy anything else when I got those two pieces. I was happy to do it and have spent over $500,000 just this year on timepieces. When a person is called to come into a store because they are being offered a watch, there is already a reason they are being offered the piece. It might be purchase history, it might be relationship or in most cases, I believe a little of both. Regardless, you have been offered the ability to buy the watch because of some qualifier and you should not be then ambushed to buy something else in the store at the time of purchase while the watch is on the table waiting. I'm disappointed that I came in to Vancouver for the better part of my day for no reason, I didn't have the full picture of what was expected of me to get the LD and that my previous $125k didn't get recognized as a value long term client. The watch is $19,400, and regardless of Grey market prices, a person gets the call because they are trusted and valued as a client. Some of my current collection were love purchases and technically "lost value" when I bought them but I didn't care, I don't sell my watches. I look at the business's I deal with and people in them and try to align and value those relationships over the long term. People make the difference, the physical items can be found anywhere. I just wanted to let Palladio and all that take the time to read this know, with full transparency my feelings about my experience and the day in general. This sort of bait and switch practice is deplorable and Rolex and all the people that read this review should know about how Palladio conducts business. There are a lot of Jeweler's in Vancouver and I would certainly recommend that you look elsewhere when deciding on a gift or heirloom piece for a loved one. This company does not love you.
