  I had a great experience purchasing my Rolex thanks to Dorison. She was incredibly professional, transparent, and straightforward throughout the entire process. From our first meeting to finally receiving the watch, everything was very clear and there were no hidden expectations. Once she knew the exact model I wanted, she was very proactive in helping me secure it. The whole process felt smooth and honest, which I really appreciated. The waiting time was also much shorter than I had expected. Overall, Dorison made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a great Rolex buying experience.

  I had such an amazing experience with Tyson, Authorized Dealer at Palladio Jeweller. I was introduced to him through a friend, and from the very first meeting, I was truly impressed. Our conversation felt open and genuine — more like a friend-to-friend connection rather than just a customer and dealer interaction. At first, Tyson helped me choose a beautiful gold chain as a special gift for my upcoming daughter, which meant so much to me. After that, we started talking about my dream watch. He patiently showed me different models, let me try various options on my wrist, and answered every single question I had with so much knowledge and honesty. Tyson is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. And now, I finally have my dream watch on my wrist — I still can’t believe it! Thank you, Tyson and Palladio Jeweller, for making my dream come true. I’m beyond happy with the service and will definitely come back for future jewelry purchases.   Big fan of this boutique in Vancouver BC. I was greeted by Tyson, I very informed and professional gentleman who is the GM of the store. I was immediately greeted with generosity and kindness and I was offered a beverage. As I scrolled through the various brands of watches through out the store I was interested in several pieces from various names. Parmigiani, Rolex and specifically something available which was desired currently by all. I added my name to wait list and began to shop further. I was blown away by the knowledge Tyson had of precious stones ans diamonds specifically. He is truly a master at his craft with an impressive resume and history in the business internationally. Excellent security system put in place while shopping here puts you at ease and your the location is great for the store aswell. Months later I was contacted by phone was able to make a purchase of a watch which I was wanting to get for a while. The process of picking up the watch was great, where I was greeted once again with a beverage and this time I chose to enjoy a whiskey with my watch purchase. I came in happy and left happy ans recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for professional experience and enjoy the luxury of shopping in high end goods.
