  was genuinely impressed by the Miu Miu store in Vancouver. The staff member was attentive, very thoughtful, and truly made me feel welcomed. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything this time, the experience alone left such a positive impression on me.If one day in the future I decide to buy a bag, I know I’ll be coming back here.

  I stumbled inside Miu Miu as i was looking for a matcha drink store. I went inside because i just really wanna see in person the bags and touch them because i only see them online.. i was greeted by a lovely saleslady.. I didnt really wear fancy clothes and I look like the kind of person who do not really buy fancy bags but her customer service is excellent (i just forgot her name). She explained some of the bags to me.. she treated me like any other customers and was not rude or judge me on how the way I look, not like other luxury brands. Her treatment to me was amazing and i was not expecting that. If i would have the budget, i will go back and buy a bag there.

  Shawn is absolutely amazing - highly recommend him as your Miu Miu sales associate, he goes above and beyond for his clients and he has great communication. Always look for Shawn before purchasing something here, you won’t regret it!

  I don't normally buy or understand luxury brands. This Miu Miu team was very welcoming and helpful. I didn't feel so bad about how much I spent :)

  The middle age/older Asian sales lady is the worst sales person I’ve encountered. I wanted to compared two perfume sizes and she couldn’t show or explain the size difference. It was so frustrating to interact with her. She was either extremely lazy and didn’t want to simply pull out the size small perfume or just clueless. I had to just walk away because I felt like a simple purchase shouldn’t have been so unpleasant and frustrating.
