was genuinely impressed by the Miu Miu store in Vancouver. The staff member was attentive, very thoughtful, and truly made me feel welcomed.
Even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything this time, the experience alone left such a positive impression on me.If one day in the future I decide to buy a bag, I know I’ll be coming back here.
Shawn is absolutely amazing - highly recommend him as your Miu Miu sales associate, he goes above and beyond for his clients and he has great communication. Always look for Shawn before purchasing something here, you won’t regret it!

I recently purchased items from Mui Mui, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. The material felt cheap and poorly made Additionally, the stitching on the garments was subpar, leading to fraying unraveling.
The customer service experience was also lacking, with long wait times for responses to inquiries and unhelpful representatives. It's clear that Mui Mui prioritizes quantity over quality, and I would not recommend shopping with them if you are looking for well-made, durable clothing that will last. Overall, I was thoroughly unimpressed with my experience and will not be returning as a customer."
If you want to get scammed please deal with Francis, Kay and winny they will promise you return policy and when the time comes they will change there word. Shop at any other store in Holt Renfrew you won’t be disappointed, stay away from Mui Mui! Worst experience of my life!
I don't normally buy or understand luxury brands. This Miu Miu team was very welcoming and helpful. I didn't feel so bad about how much I spent :)

The middle age/older Asian sales lady is the worst sales person I’ve encountered. I wanted to compared two perfume sizes and she couldn’t show or explain the size difference. It was so frustrating to interact with her. She was either extremely lazy and didn’t want to simply pull out the size small perfume or just clueless. I had to just walk away because I felt like a simple purchase shouldn’t have been so unpleasant and frustrating.
