She gives me a box and basically tells me to take it and do it myself, even after I asked her to package it for me, telling me she can tell me how it’s done, practically ignoring my request. Then she said it’s almost closing (was still 10 mins to close and store was completely empty) and when I said keep the box I’ll just go somewhere else, she said yeah you should do that, they can help you if you show them a receipt to prove you bought it now. No effort or customer service whatsoever!!! Even if it’s almost closing, the two representatives were just chatting among themselves in a completely empty store. Wouldn’t have hurt to help a customer out…

She suggested it probably turned color from my jeans but I don't wear jeans. It was not covered under warranty because they told me this is normal wear and tear. I only had the wallet a couple months. My Tori Burch wallet in the same color never had this happen. I don't recommend buying light colored products after seeing this.
