  Excellent customer service, I read some of the reviews and prior to my visit but was pleasantly surprised. Will be back to this store again.

  My kids ran over to the new BAPE store so I decided to check out a couple bags at Louis Vuitton… to my surprise I was not asked if I needed help or if I needed something to let someone know.. Security said hello to me.. not one sales associate. There was one staring at me deciding if she wanted to talk to me and there was 3 behind the counter talking and gigging. I understand I walked into the store with not one brand you’re familiar with.. but I have over 20 pieces in my collection. I am now double thinking where I should be spending my money. I left after about 10 minutes after realizing nobody was going to ask me anything. We went to BAPE where we were treated with respect. Today is Sunday March 8, 2026, I was in store with my husband around 1pm.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Louis Vuitton store inside the Fairmont Hotel. A week ago, I visited the store to exchange a belt size that I originally purchased from Nordstrom in Seattle (US). I specifically asked whether it would be exchangeable, and I was told that it was. In fact, even another sales associate at the Fairmont location confirmed that it was exchangeable. However, when I returned today to proceed with the exchange, the sales associate was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that I had already confirmed the exchange policy — both in-store and online — and even showed her the information I had read. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she responded in a condescending tone and said that she was the one who confirmed it by calling, as if I was mistaken. For a premium luxury brand like Louis Vuitton, this level of customer service is unacceptable. There was no courtesy, no attempt to properly explain, and no effort to resolve the confusion. Luxury shopping should come with professionalism and respect — not attitude and inconsistency between staff members. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

  I am compelled to write a review of the LV Hotel Vancouver location. The staff really took time to take excellent care of my son (12) and I during our last visit. They paid attention to what he was looking for and made great suggestions. One individual in particular is an angel, Mei Mei. Really ensures your purchases are beautifully packed and helps above and beyond with special orders and recommendations. There are other staff there too that are so kind. We plan to pop in from time to time (not too often as it gets pricey) but each time I’m sure the level of service will be high and the experience is definitely positive. Good job LV team!
