  Laura is an exceptional and incredibly patient SA. Every time I visit, she greets me with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. What I truly appreciate is that she treats everyone with the same level of kindness and professionalism. If you’ve had an unpleasant shopping experience with other SAs, I highly recommend looking for Laura! She’s truly a wonderful person who will make you feel genuinely valued and well taken care of.

  came here to shop w my gf they asked me if i was at the right and if i was lookin for goodwill, im a rookie nba jus on vacation and i showed them my bank and they apologized immediately looks they only treat those w money well. i was jus a young w no heater w no enegery in bermuda, now im rich and now i get treated well, btu this not what i want to see this is not a good store

  It's always an unfriendly store, even if I buy products every time I visit. I've never felt good even if I buy them. The service is not very good

  Terrible customer service and rude staff. I don’t recommend shopping here and giving commission to the staff here. Came in with my girlfriend to purchase a bag for Christmas and a wallet for myself. To my surprise the sales rep had a terrible attitude, very passive aggressive and acted as if we were there to waste time. On multiple occasions rudely snatched the bags back the second she got or the second we asked to see another model. Decided to ignore that at first then head down to the men’s section to look at the wallets and we were completely ignored. Plenty of staff standing around doing nothing and ended up leaving. Ended up going to the LV hotel and received much better service and ended up making a purchase there instead.
