- SHsahar hosseiniradDec 5, 20251.0Purchased an item and asked if I can return if the size doesn’t work, sales person, and a store manager at the time did not inform me that it can be only exchange and there is no refund as per your policy. When I returned to the store, I was told that they only accept exchange and no refund or store credit is available. Store manager site called me aggressive while I was expressing my frustration to him in a very calm manner. This was the first time I purchased something from this store. Unfortunately, it is the last time as well. I feel my trust in the sales person was wrong and the information convey to me was not correct.
