The store is really clean and they have great customer service. I was helped by a guy with salt and pepper hair who directed me to a few options after telling him what I was looking for. He was helpful and seemed to know the products. The other staff there seem pretty chill but at the same time attentive and happy to help. I would totally recommend this location.

I used it for the first time and the advertised dimensions were slightly different and it didnt qualify as personal item. I brought it in for an exchange as the receipt said it was 30 day return and online said it was hassle free exchanges if you are unsatisfied. I brought it in and they said since I used it once I couldnt return it. They referenced there was a sparkle on the outside (which was easily wiped off in front of the store). I said I was ok with a restock fee or an exchange for a smaller bag and they said no. They declined any form of exchange or return. I told them they lost a customer. I was going to buy a new jacket that day as well. I only asked to follow the return policy that was on the website and the receipt.
