  I’m gonna start by saying all the staff are amazing! I come to this dispensary often and they have all been nothing but welcoming, kind and knowledgeable each and every member of this Granville team! It’s extremely disappointing to hear that head office fired the current manager without cause the manager in question from a customer point of view had always delivered top tier service especially through the strikes in summer the whole team did there best to cater to customers. I came in today to purchase and the new person behind the counter with blue hoodie and piercings (never seen before so guessing she’s from head office) had less knowledge than me when I asked for a product she didn’t know what I was talking about until I had to explain to her what it was where it was?! If this is the route fire and flower are going expect to loose all customers except tourists . Extremely disappointed. I hope you treat the remaining staff with the respect they deserve!

  Great prices 1s visit so I went back to buy more gummies i had terrible service im looking in the display the girl gives me attitude right at the get go im explaining I need gummies for sleep im getting no input from her. Finally i decide on the product they only have 5 I ask for something similar im still getting next to no input....I explain im getting a terrible attitude from her she explains her mother died 2 days ago I tell her not to take it out on me...the other girl says what attitude I know what I felt and heard also she admitted that her problem was her mother dying...like its some how my fault im suppose to show sympathy for this awl awful service im getting

  Disappointing experience tonight when stopping by the shop, not because of the staff, as they are great and always have been, but it was because of the very disappointing selection of product you have to offer. When we as the consumer have a choice where we spend our money you make it very easy for me to go to your direct competition two blocks up the street Muse. They are the exact opposite of your business. They have a variety of product and options, but really shitty customer service. The reason I continue and will continue going to Muse is because they have a variety of options. Pre-and post strike. With the market being highly competitive and saturated, it’s disappointing that you don’t offer more products and I highly doubt that your “new” shop that seems like it will never open will have the variety either. Whoever does your buying should perhaps do their research or come and see the experience your competition with in walking distance is offering because your shop is way off the mark.

  Absolutely horrible service they do not follow the recommended age for ID checking this is the second time I try to buy from fire and flower cannabis. I’m trying to leave Muse because Muse honestly has been really amazing. I tried to give you guys a try again and sent me home on my way, so yeah I’m I’m not really happy about this. I don’t think I will be visiting the store again.
