I ordered a belt for a special occasion on (June 16 )that was a week away (June 20) . 5 weeks in and I still don’t have a belt or a refund. Today is July 17. Horrible Cx service from the company and unable to get any resolution. Do not recommend

- MWMason WMay 6, 20211.0I came into the downstairs men’s store to seek advice/remedy to the extremely uncomfortable slides I purchased. I did not want a refund, exchange or gift card; I just wanted a bit of advice. I was then told there has never been an issue with the slides, and that I am the first person to have a problem with them. She also said there was absolutely no solution, and then challenged me to speak to the manager who “would say the exact same thing”. The entire time she was speaking down to me, embarrassing me in front of the other customers and making me feel like a fool for even walking in the store. It’s appalling that someone can spend that much money on any clothing and have such horrendous service. Shocking... the only reason this place deserves a star at all is because the manager: Sing was super helpful and lovely to deal with.
