Upon entering, one staff member was kind and professional, but the other claiming to be a director, was shockingly rude and abrasive. When I attempted to explain why I wanted to return an item, I was repeatedly cut off, disrespected, and even insulted. The rude director of Indian decent not only refused to listen to my concerns about the defective product, but made derogatory comments, including racially insensitive remarks, and showed zero interest in resolving the issue or contacting corporate as requested. At one point, both staff members left me alone in the store, and upon their return, it was clear they had no intention of helping me. I overheard the "director" make a derogatory comment about me, knowing I am Indigenous. This was not only unprofessional but deeply upsetting. I expect much better from a luxury brand like Fendi.
