  Lisa was exceptional. She demonstrated extensive knowledge and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, clearly setting expectations for the service. She assisted both my friends and me in finding several beautiful pairs of Dior shoes and made the experience enjoyable and seamless.

  I highly recommend JoJo to anyone looking for an outstanding SA. I have been her client for almost 2 years now ever since I moved back, and she is so helpful and the sweetest person ever. She is professional and always client-centric. Really good customer service at this location is one the main reason I choose Holts location over the hotel one!

  I recently purchased a pink Dior Wallet on Chain at this location on Friday (just three days ago). I wore it once for about an hour yesterday, and unfortunately, the back of the bag has already stained from the dye of my jeans. While I acknowledge this was my mistake, I was disappointed that no sales associate at the time of purchase mentioned the potential for this kind of damage, especially given how new the bag is. I returned to the store to seek advice on how to address the issue, but was told by one of the sales associates (Fiona Wang) that repairing it would cost $300 with no guarantees of success. When I expressed my concern, she responded dismissively, saying it was "common sense for everyone” which I found unprofessional and frustrating. While her colleagues were courteous, I was taken aback by Fiona’s lack of empathy or professionalism. This experience has left a negative impression, considering that Dior is where I bought many of my first designer pieces—I am deeply disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
