I wore it once for about an hour yesterday, and unfortunately, the back of the bag has already stained from the dye of my jeans. While I acknowledge this was my mistake, I was disappointed that no sales associate at the time of purchase mentioned the potential for this kind of damage, especially given how new the bag is. I returned to the store to seek advice on how to address the issue, but was told by one of the sales associates (Fiona Wang) that repairing it would cost $300 with no guarantees of success. When I expressed my concern, she responded dismissively, saying it was "common sense for everyone” which I found unprofessional and frustrating. While her colleagues were courteous, I was taken aback by Fiona’s lack of empathy or professionalism. This experience has left a negative impression, considering that Dior is where I bought many of my first designer pieces—I am deeply disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
