- MMMTNov 17, 20251.0Ordered several items and 1 was missing from the package. Customer service never responded after 3 attempts so I had to file a PayPal chargeback and a consumer protection report. I may have to file a police report as well. Really bad customer service, would not recommend ordering from them ever.

- WWWIRAug 25, 20251.0I had a terrible customer experience with the girl called Manbi. At first she seemed friendly but quickly got annoyed even though I was just asking reasonable questions. I was set on a specific bag and asked if they had a new one. She said yes but the one she brought out had marks on it and a large dent - not sure if she just lacks attention to detail or pretended not to see it. Anyway, then I asked if she had another one, and in a different color so that I could compare, that’s when she got all dismissive. She didn’t bother checking or even offer other stores as an option, just stated that none of them would meet my high standards. Excuse me? I’m paying almost $10k for a bag, how is it asking too much to want one in perfect condition? No one wants to drop a bunch of money on a flawed bag. I told her I was serious about the bag but she just shut me down, obviously she lost patience because I wasn’t a “quick sale”. That’s fine, there are a lot of other brands out there, who actually care about their customers and the quality of their products. This really put me off and I will not be purchasing from this brand anymore as it was far from a “luxury” experience!
