  I would like to share my recent experience at your store, as I believe it is important for a brand positioned as “luxury” to be held to the standard it claims to represent. James was the only person who demonstrated anything close to professional service. He was attentive, helpful, and made an effort to engage with us. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff created a completely different impression. Most of them were simply standing near the entrance, chatting among themselves, almost like bystanders rather than representatives of a luxury retail environment. There was little to no sense of hospitality, awareness, or even basic customer engagement. To be honest, the atmosphere felt less like a high-end boutique and more like a showroom where staff happened to be present. Luxury is not only about products on display — it is about the experience, the attitude, and the level of care a customer feels the moment they walk in. This visit made it difficult to believe that your store takes service seriously, and it certainly did not reflect the premium image your brand is known for. I hope you will take this feedback as an opportunity to address the issue internally. Customers should never feel that only one staff member is working while everyone else is simply… standing around. Thank you for your attention. I trust this will be improved moving forward, as it would be unfortunate for experiences like this to become the norm.

  Customer service overall is great here compared to other stores, they were quick with a replacement I needed, I would recommend checking the product you are buying well beforehand to avoid the hassle of a replacement though.

  Ordered several items and 1 was missing from the package. Customer service never responded after 3 attempts so I had to file a PayPal chargeback and a consumer protection report. I may have to file a police report as well. Really bad customer service, would not recommend ordering from them ever.
