- TBTv BedroomSep 16, 20251.0Would give less if I could Chanel is a fraud and don’t warranty there bags do your self a favour and go with Hermes’ a brand that stands behind there warranty my jumbo as started to wear on the stitching sent it off to check if they would cover it several of my friends also had this problem all said the same they want u to pay for the repair I have 5 jumbos and this 1 as as only add this problem especially when u spend almost 20k on a handbag change as let its self down with the way they handle there warranty they lost a customer that’s all I can say shop with Hermes’ or Dior least they honour there warranty stay away from Chanel lost its value on how they treat their loyal customers

I actually am connected to them through the online advisor by email. Narges called me as soon as the online advisor replied to me. I am very sorry to see the negative reviews. Personally had a great experience 🙂 I will shop with them again.
