We had a wonderful experience at Cartier. Trudy helped me initially when I came in to look at pieces, and she was also there when I returned with my husband to finalize the selection for my push present. During my first visit, she offered thoughtful and honest guidance, making me feel comfortable and never pressured to choose the most expensive piece — only what truly looked best. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel special.
When we came in to finalize the purchase, Trudy was wrapping up with another customer, and so that we wouldn’t have to wait too long, Sharon, the director, kindly stepped in to assist us. She took the time to share the history and stories behind the pieces we were choosing from, which really elevated the experience. We ultimately selected the classic Love bracelet and had it engraved, knowing it’s something we hope to one day pass down to our daughter.
The staff was incredibly welcoming — they even allowed our pup to join us, which made the visit feel relaxed and personal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with friendly, attentive staff who truly take their time and make you feel valued.

Similar to other reviews, I found the customer service to be lacking. In my experience, the staff were borderline rude and seemed disinterested/annoyed by my partner and I being there. I have been to other similar stores where the staff are more attentive and enjoyable to shop with. I most likely will not return to this location due to my experience with the staff.

Nice boutique with a good selection of products. That’s about it.
The staff, unfortunately, comes across as unhelpful, uninformed, and largely disengaged. I’ve visited several times, both with and without an appointment, and if there’s one consistent takeaway, it’s a sense of disappointment and unease. Not bad, just not comfortable.
Cartier is a French monument, and the contrast between its heritage and a service style that feels closer to a Temu experience is, frankly, a curious one.

I had a wonderful experience with Kenny, the sales associate at Cartier. He helped me purchase Love bracelet for my wife and also assisted us with sending another love bracelet for repair. Throughout the entire process, he kept us well informed and made everything smooth and stress-free. Kenny was extremely warm, friendly, and genuinely kind, which made the experience even more special. I truly hope Cartier continues to have people like him, who make the entire experience so memorable. Truly excellent service and a pleasure to work with.
