  I just wanted to take the time to share how incredible my sales associate, Dara Buscema, is! I started my Cartier journey last year, and it was so important to me to find someone who truly understood me — especially because I’m extremely picky and very detail-oriented. I had done extensive research and knew exactly what I wanted, right down to the packaging (the most important part haha). From the second I met Dara, I told my boyfriend immediately that I had found my person. She is the sweetest, most friendly, caring, and knowledgeable queen! She has answered every single question I could possibly have — and trust me, I have a lot. I am the most indecisive person, and she has never once made me feel rushed. Instead, she has always made me feel understood and validated in everything I’m feeling. She truly pays attention to the smallest details and genuinely cares. I have never felt pressured to make a purchase or uncomfortable changing my mind. Every visit has been fun, exciting, and such a beautiful experience. Thank you, Dara, for making this journey so special. I can’t wait to continue adding to my collection with you. You are the best ❤️

  My partner and I came here to buy a birthday present yesterday. We were served by a Chinese-speaking saleswoman, whose attitude and facial expressions were terrible. I wanted to try on a necklace, but she didn't ask what size diamond or chain length I wanted; and normally, a sales of a luxury brand should help with trying things on, but she just made me try it on awkwardly on my own. I was hoping for a happy birthday, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience, and we will never come to this store again.

  We flew from YYC and came to store for wedding bands. The CA named Melody Zhang was helping us super unprofessional and unfriendly. We felt like unwelcome entire time. I asked to try on and some recommendations, she seems unhelpful and distracted. It supposed to be our special moment but she ruined it. After that, I asked for after care services cuz she never mentioned it, just wanna push the sale. When I said I wanna do the initial engraving, She said oh “ you can bring it back later or ship it back” and tried to avoid helping me. She even said it will take 2 WEEKS to get it done which isn’t correct. She just mislead me to avoid doing that. I decided to still process with the engraving and it literally took 1 DAY. What a joke with this kind of customer service in the luxury store.

  I recently purchased a Cartier Love Ring at this location without having a reservation, and I was truly impressed by the experience. The staff welcomed me warmly and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Even though I walked in without an appointment, they were attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable about the collection. They took the time to explain the details and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. The entire experience felt luxurious and professional, exactly what you would expect from Cartier. Highly recommend this branch if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a smooth buying experience.

  We bought a ring from Cartier as a birthday gift. It was worn only once, for a few hours. When we returned to the store to exchange it for the same ring in one size larger, the staff inspected the ring closely and said there were scratches and a small issue on the edge. Honestly, these issues were not noticeable to us, but we were told that according to their policy, they cannot accept, exchange, or resize the ring. For a luxury brand at this price level, this was very disappointing. The after-sales service did not meet the expectations one would have from a high-end brand.
