I disliked the initial jacket (lodge hoody) I bought and I brought it in for an exchange. She was able to get the exchanged processed instantly and took me around to see what other jackets suited my needs. She knew what I liked and had a great attitude, not once did she get annoyed that I kept requesting for different sizes/colours to try on. Overall, amazing service and I will be back if I need another jacket.

They pulled products we didn’t think to see but fell in love with, brought up products from their warehouse downstairs, and modeled jackets for sizing we were purchasing as gifts. 10/10 shopping experience.

As I was browsing the store, the workers were whispering about how I couldnt afford to shop there so I left. That was my first and only impression of the company.
