  Layton has superb customer service which extends beyond just a hi and hello. He doesn’t force you to purchase. He focuses on helping you out and we found great comfort and care in this store. Layton big smile and warmth makes him a true star. We of course bought and will come back again. We are a family of Canada goose. Top rated quality and quality customer care. Thank you Layton.   Staff member Noah was an excellent shopping assistant. He was highly attentive and helped us throughout the shopping process, especially when it came to choosing the right sizes and colors. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful shopping experience. We truly appreciate his help.

  Very disappointing experience at the Canada Goose store in Pacific Centre. One employee, I might be wrong but I believe her name was Sofia, whom followed us closely the entire time, stood right behind us, and repeatedly took items out of our hands. When my niece tried on a jacket, she spoke to us in a rude and condescending way and asked, “Is this your first time shopping here?” We did not see this behavior toward any other customers, which made the situation feel targeted and discriminatory. We were planning to purchase a jacket, but the level of discomfort caused by this employee made us leave the store without buying anything. Completely unacceptable service.

  Stepping into Canada Goose Vancouver felt like I was entering a place built for cold weather but also for comfort and style. The moment I walked in I saw warm jackets and parkas that looked ready for snowy days and chilly evenings. The staff greeted me with a smile and helped me try on different jackets so I could see what fit best without feeling rushed. What I liked most was how light the jackets felt even though they looked strong and warm. I could zip one up easily and feel how cosy it was right away. The team explained what made each coat special and how it could keep me warm in winter storms or just on a frosty morning walk. I left feeling confident about my new jacket and excited to wear it this winter. If someone wants a jacket that keeps them warm and still looks great, this is a good place to check out.
