Her energy is authentic, friendly, and 100% “I’ve got you.” If service excellence were an Olympic sport, Sophie would already have several gold medals and a documentary. I left feeling both relieved and weirdly proud of us as a collaborative problem-solving team. The world needs more Sophies — but since cloning isn’t legal yet, I’ll just tell everyone to book with her. Highly recommend. 11/10. Would solve problems with Sophie again.

I disliked the initial jacket (lodge hoody) I bought and I brought it in for an exchange. She was able to get the exchanged processed instantly and took me around to see what other jackets suited my needs. She knew what I liked and had a great attitude, not once did she get annoyed that I kept requesting for different sizes/colours to try on. Overall, amazing service and I will be back if I need another jacket.
