    Awful customer service at this Alo location. Call customer service directly through Alo if you can help it. The sales associate was super rude, refused to let me talk to her manager, refused to give me her name too. Lots of bad Google reviews at this location for a reason!

    Worst customer service. If you order online the store won’t help you even if you want to do an exchange for the same item, just a different size. Was told had to do it online, went online and they do not except exchanges outside of the US. Have to return it wait for them the receive it and rebuy, if on sale then once it’s received by them then they would request for the same but not guaranteed. Have never experienced this kind of return policy. I will be returning and not giving them my money and never will. Stick to Lululemon as their quality is much better and have much better customer service. Emailed days ago and no one has responded, called this morning and held for Over 30mins and they were no help at all. Don’t give them your money!

    I love Alo’s style and how the clothing looks. But for the price that it costs, the quality is horrendous. Purchased a sweat suit for myself and a black accolade crew neck for a friend. Was told the care and washing instructions and after two washes the black sweater pilled and look like it was years old even when washing on gentle and hang drying. The accolade sweats are not worth it at all. I’ve washed and thrown my Aritzia sweats in the dryer numerous times and they still look great.

    0/5 – A completely unacceptable customer-service experience I am an Alo All-Access member and have shopped with Alo often. Some products are fine, but many do not justify the price and the “customer service” is ultimately what makes this brand so awful! I never thought a company could mishandle something as simple as a gift return, but Alo Yoga turned it into a full-blown circus. I received a gift jacket with a gift receipt (which exists so the recipient can exchange an item without needing the purchaser involved). Apparently Alo Yoga does not understand this! When I went to the store, they mistakenly refunded the money to the original purchaser instead of issuing me a gift card. Their explanation was: “We don’t know how this happened, but we refunded the purchaser, so we can’t issue you a gift card… and we also need to keep the jacket now!!” They accidentally gave someone else the money and then claimed the jacket was theirs. It was one of the most illogical customer-service explanations I’ve ever heard. After nearly an hour of back-and-forth, they finally issued an e-gift card marked for online use. When I tried to use it, the website didn’t accept it. I contacted customer service, and the responses were unreal!! - “Since this was a gift, we can’t access the purchaser’s account.” - “You’ll need to reach out to the store.” - “We can’t issue a gift card that works online.” - “Only the gifter can resolve this.” So now a gift can only be exchanged if the purchaser is available to get involved? Then what is the point of a gift receipt? When I asked for a copy of the chat so I could follow up, the agent even asked: “Why do you want a copy of this chat?” And even worse, after finally agreeing to send it, the agent emailed me without the chat transcript at all - just the same repeated message telling me to “visit the store”! The entire experience was exhausting, illogical, and disrespectful of my time. I have genuinely never encountered such a broken return process. Alo Yoga urgently needs to retrain staff, fix its systems, and revisit the basic meaning of a gift receipt!
