  I purchased Air lift High waist suit up leggings. The elastic band is from cheapest material. I only tried it once and it’s already wrinkly. The legging’s fabric is good though. Overall, it does not worth the price. I expect it to be a way better quality. Would return it for sure.

  I ordered pants online which were a tad too long for me. I called the store to ask if they had free hemming for their VIP members, the person on the phone briefly said no & did not even offer any suggestions. She merely repeated, “no we don’t do hemming” & hung up. How rude!!!!!

  This review is for the online store: It has been extremely frustrating dealing with a return to Alo. I submitted a return and waited an entire month before reaching out to check on the status. I then had to contact their online chat almost daily for a week, as their responses were very slow. After multiple attempts, I was told they hadn’t received my items (even though the postal service had confirmed delivery). I followed up by phone several times and was kept on hold for long periods (not an exaggeration; I had to leave the phone on in the background while waiting). Eventually, I was told that Alo had in fact received my items and that my refund would be processed. However, after another week or two, I only received a refund for one of the two returned items. When I called again, I was told that the issue must be with my bank, which doesn’t make sense since I did receive a partial refund. Now, I’m having to dispute the missing refund with my bank directly.

  I got an item as a present, it was one size too big, so I simply wanted to exchange it with a smaller one. The staff did not allow me to do that even though it wasn’t worn, tags were still on, and I had the email receipt. Terrible customer service. They were not helpful and not willing to listen.

  I’ve visited this store twice so far, and both times I was completely ignored by the staff, even when I asked them simple questions. The customer service was extremely poor, and there was no respect shown toward customers at all. Even when I asked the store manager to call one of the sales associates to assist me, she also responded with complete indifference. Honestly, I wouldn’t expect such a low level of customer service from a brand of this reputation.
