ALO’s customer service is seriously lacking. I have been charged for a promotional tote and even after having messaged with several agents and promised an email in resolution I am still waiting for a response. Do not be fooled by the promotional tote. You will be charged for it.

A friend of mine bought me a gift and had to return it since it wasn’t the right size , went there today at around 4:30 the cashier had attitude without any reason the purchase was under 30 days and products were completely unused , don’t see any reason for that. Very unprofessional

I buy $2200 worth online, they send the wrong sizes for almost half the order. One pair of black sweatpants doesn’t come with the Alo logo on them as advertised, just blank black sweat pants for $175. All the long sleeves and hoodies are pilling like crazy. You try to contact them about a resolution, and you get absolutely nothing. The brand is legit temu quality, i only wear their clothes to the gym because i gotta get something outta the $2200. Just brutal.

Only giving two stars because the second time I went the staff was a bit more helpful otherwise def one star for this location.
My husband ordered me a few things off the website but I wanted to change the sizes. So I went in after Christmas. I walk in and ask for help with sizes. The girl right in the front tells me she can’t help me because she is not allowed to move from her assigned posting. She didn’t even bother to call someone. Also I have never heard of this and is beyond lazy, if you ask me.So I walk around and eventually find someone and she’s iffy with answering my questions and says they don’t have sizes but I should go talk to the front desk. So at this point I’m getting annoyed as I’ve already talked to 3 people now. Like for the price they charge for the merchandise the service was absolutely terrible. I eventually tried on a different colour in my size and then ordered online. The stuff is cute don't get me wrong but I don’t think it’s worth the price. My one sweater is already pilling.
Also if you get a gift card in store, you can’t use it online, it can only be used in store. Just thought that was a bit odd.

Worst customer service. If you order online the store won’t help you even if you want to do an exchange for the same item, just a different size. Was told had to do it online, went online and they do not except exchanges outside of the US. Have to return it wait for them the receive it and rebuy, if on sale then once it’s received by them then they would request for the same but not guaranteed. Have never experienced this kind of return policy. I will be returning and not giving them my money and never will. Stick to Lululemon as their quality is much better and have much better customer service. Emailed days ago and no one has responded, called this morning and held for
Over 30mins and they were no help at all. Don’t give them your money!
