We had exceptional service at the park Royal aerie from Kat, we also witnessed her dealing with a Difficult customer and she handled it with poise and Grace. Excellent job if I could give six stars I would.

Sarah was beyond helpful! I showed her a style from 5 years ago that has since been discontinued but she found me something very similar with the same fabric and cut. She was also knowledgeable about the colours available and offered to have them shipped to home (for free) for the colours that weren't available in store!! Thank you!!

Terrible company, terrible practices, overpriced; the clothes are definitely not worth the money they charge. Take your business elsewhere if you value your money and want to dress well.

Dear Aerie Team, I’m writing to share my concerns about an unpleasant experience I had at your store on July 9th, 2025 at 3:43 PM, during checkout. After completing my purchase, I politely said “Thank you” to the staff member. In response, they said “Have a good day,” but did so while letting out a loud and audible yawn. The yawn was so pronounced that their farewell was barely understandable, and the overall interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. I understand that the staff member may have been extremely tired, and that such moments happen during long shifts — that’s completely human. However, even in that case, the way it was expressed during a customer interaction felt inappropriate and unprofessional. I have a hearing condition, so it’s possible that I may not have fully understood or responded clearly during the transaction. If that somehow caused frustration for the staff member, and their behavior was a response to that, I find that quite unfortunate. However, even in such a case, reacting to a customer in that manner is completely inappropriate and cannot be justified. I greeted the staff with respect, and I believe it is reasonable to expect the same in return. What’s more concerning is that this wasn’t a young student, but an adult working in a customer-facing service role. The fact that someone in such a position appears unaware of how inappropriate their behavior was is troubling. A basic level of courtesy, self-awareness, and consideration is essential in any customer service environment. This experience left a strong sense of discomfort, and I don’t believe it’s something that should simply be overlooked. I hope this feedback prompts a review of staff conduct and encourages a greater focus on respectful, professional customer interactions moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
