  I would give my last experience a five stars just because of the sales lady Laiza, but I have to give an overall experience review. Prior to Laiza, I went to this location couple times, third two time were very unpleasant. First is a state down from head to toe by the sales standing around, then the impatience and unwelcoming vibe from those ladies were just awful, like they default you can’t afford their stuff and just wasting their time. I felt very uneasy and stressed that made me leave the store quick, the third time I came back, Laiza was the sales that greeted me, she did not give me a stare down, she was patient with me and helped me through the purchase, I was happy to drop some money in the store that day. However, the make staffs ( I’m guessing they are security) made me feel awkward with the way they were watching me while I was waiting for my purchase to complete. I would come back to just buy from Laiza for sure tho.

  Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Arrogant, dismissive staff behaviour that does not align with the standards of a luxury brand.

  Imagine my excitement to see a Chanel in the mall. Has been dreaming to get my hands on a hobo but could never find a perfect piece. There was a long queue to go into the store. Spent a long time waiting but the most frustrating was seeing people who arrived later welcomed into the store without explanation to us queueing folks. After what seems like forever, we were finally ushered in by a Filipino saleslady. By then my hype had dropped to nil, my daughters tired and cranky and it didn't help that the store was so crowded. We almost turned to leave but the friendly saleslady, her name was Laiza, sensed our low energy level immediately offered seats then brought the newest designs. She was a breath of fresh air, call it salesman's intuition - the items she selected were eye-catching and the best part, she was so quick. When we complimented her, she mentioned that she once worked in Singapore, wow! I did get a hobo in the end which was the one available locally that I never thought I would get. Even my two daughters enjoyed chatting with Laiza and we made off with some great local tips. Although the initial experience left a bad taste, Laiza's wonderful energy and attention to detail made a huge difference to the day. Would highly recommend her if you are in town looking for a Chanel.
