  Was served by Leighton, his service was honestly impeccable. I tried on many different jackets and he was very patient and kept on recommending different choices to me, advising me on the usability of each jacket, taking different sizes for me to try. I even exceeded their closing time but at no point did he appeared rushed or anything. Only then did I finally decided to get this. Well done. Very impressive service. On a side note, for tourists, there are no tax refunds and the prices you see here are before taxes.

  Really great service from start to finish, able to try on dozens of items. Really great patience from the sales assistant. Sidenote if travelling from the UK it’s incredibly cheap - around 40% less

  Excellent experience at Canada Goose! The quality of the products is outstanding, but what really made my visit special was the salesperson. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, helping me choose the perfect item without any pressure. Truly exceptional customer service — I’ll definitely be back!

  I came here to pick up the jacket I ordered. I was impressed with the customer service that Noel provided. He is very professional, knowledgeable and very awesome. He took time to let me try on many different styles and many different sizes without pressure. Thanks Noel for making my shopping experience much better.

  I had a good experience at this location. I forgot the names of the sale associates who helped me but one was Asian land the other one was a shorter white lady. The white lady seemed to be a lot more confident and knowledgeable than the Asian lady, though the Asian lady got the final sale. She has some room for improvement. When you charge top dollar for your product you wanna make sure your customer support is also top notch. Definitely didn’t feel like it I was getting top notch service. Felt like Im shopping in an outlet mall.
