  Terrible customer service! I was given a gift that didn’t fit so I returned for gift cards. Can’t use gift cards online but then all the 5 items I wanted to buy aren’t even in stock in the only store they have in BC. Why wouldn’t you be allowed to use a gift card for online purchases? Seems scamy!! Not to mention their clothing is WAY over priced! Never shopping here again!

  I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered two sweaters, but one of them came in the wrong color. I returned it, expecting a smooth refund process, but that didn’t happen. I had to contact customer service more than three times. Every time, they told me I’d get an update by email—but I only received “ thank you for your patience and we will update you as soon as we get answer” 😠😠 Still no refund, no proper follow-up. This shouldn’t be this hard.☹️☹️☹️

  The staff walk around the store without greeting customers. They never come to see if you need help, just by the look on their face they don’t want to be bothered even though I’m the customer and they get paid to customer service and sell the product. They think they own the brand. Selling high $200 leggings and little tops alo needs fo make sure customer service is top tier. Will not be shopping ever again from this brand. Yuck

  Contrary to all the negative reviews, I had a great experience exchanging an item at the store today. The team was super helpful and understanding, immediately issuing me an exchange of my item. Thank you!

  I have shopped at Alo Shop more than once and I’m always satisfied. The quality of the fabrics is premium, the clothes are comfortable, and they look very modern. The items keep their shape even after washing. I would also like to highlight the service everything is fast and professional. Highly recommend!
