  I had a disappointing experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren store in Tsawwassen Mills yesterday April 12th around 3 pm. I selected a jean jacket that did not have a price tag on it. However, I saw the same model in the same size on the rack priced at $369. When I went to pay, I was told that I could only purchase the exact item with the $369 tag, and any other similar item would be charged at $398. Of course, I understand store policies. However, the jacket I was holding had no price tag at all, and since the same item in the same size was clearly marked $369, I expected the store to honor that price. Unfortunately, they refused. What made the situation worse was the manager’s behavior. They were dismissive, impatient, and not willing to listen or even try to understand the situation. There was no effort to offer a solution, no flexibility, and no attempt to provide a positive customer experience. Instead of explaining things politely, the interaction felt abrupt and unhelpful. Even though I really liked the jacket, I decided not to buy it due to this experience. This has discouraged me from shopping with this brand again.

  I had an extremely unpleasant experience in this store. The staff’s behavior was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, as they seemed to be secretly competing or even arguing over sales performance. While I was shopping, the staff forcibly placed the items I selected onto the counter. When I was ready to pay, I was suddenly told—without any policy displayed or explained—that I was not allowed to purchase more than five discounted items. The staff even said that if I didn’t agree, I could simply choose not to buy. This kind of attitude and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I will not return to this store again.

  I had a deeply uncomfortable and upsetting experience at this store. When I entered, none of the staff greeted me or offered any assistance. Instead, they continued talking among themselves while watching me closely with their eyes. I could not understand what they were saying, but the way they followed me with their stares made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
