Customer service mentioned that I would need to discuss the matter with the retail staff at the outlet; however, I am unable to do so due to time constraints. This purchase has been a complete waste of both my money and time.

For a brand that markets itself as high-quality and luxury, this kind of poor craftsmanship is just unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was the ridiculous and frustrating customer service process. When I asked for an exchange or return, I was told to call customer service, only to be redirected to an email submission. After jumping through multiple hoops, wasting my time with unnecessary steps, and being passed from one place to another, they ultimately refused to take any responsibility for the defective product. If they had just told me from the beginning that there was no way to return or exchange the item, I wouldn’t have spent all this time and energy trying to fix their mistake. It was completely unprofessional and shows how little they value their customers. I’m extremely disappointed and will never purchase from Michael Kors again. Style means nothing when the quality is poor and the service is worse. Not worth your money or time.
