- JKjasmine kaurFeb 20, 20261.0What bothered me the most was the lack of interaction. Whenever I tried to ask questions or needed assistance, the responses were very short and unhelpful. It felt like I was disturbing them instead of being a valued customer. Good customer service requires communication, patience, and basic politeness, but unfortunately, none of that was present here. There was also a clear lack of professionalism. Staff members did not seem trained in how to handle customers respectfully. Simple things like making eye contact, speaking politely, or explaining things properly were missing. Instead, the attitude came across as rude and careless. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

A truly pleasant shopping experience. Even the staff at the till counter, the curly hair lady and the guy with specs, were super helpful. Great job team.

Instead of being helpful and professional, the manager was rude, dismissive, and uninterested in resolving my concern. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and support, but I was made to feel ignored and uncomfortable. There was no effort to listen, explain, or provide a solution. This is not the level of service I expect from a well-known brand like Michael Kors. Because of this experience, I will think twice before shopping here again. Management seriously needs training on how to treat customers with respect.
