What a terrible experience! Yesterday, I went to the store to buy a T-shirt. The cashier was a middle-aged woman with a very rude attitude. When I was checking out, because I'm a member and enjoy additional discounts, I was a bit confused about the price and asked the cashier, "Did you apply the discount?" Instead of answering, she retorted, "Don't you trust me?" After I showed her a photo of the product's price, I said again, "Please double-check. The price you gave me is incorrect." She impatiently checked the price again and found that she had indeed given me the wrong price. Then she corrected the amount and asked me to pay. I told her, "This is your mistake. I've reminded you repeatedly." But the cashier was very rude and said, "Didn't I already correct the price for you?" Throughout the process, there wasn't a single word of apology, nor did she show any attitude of apologizing to the customer for her mistake. Instead, she was being unreasonable. I'm really shocked that such an attitude can exist in the service industry. I won't go to this store again. What a rude cashier!
